It has been described as a turning point in British History. On the windswept hill of Senlac Ridge, to the North of Pevensey Bay a final clash of arms between two of history's greatest leaders - Harold Godwinson, and Duke William of Normandy. On October 14th, 1066 these 2 men, together with thousands of their followers fought the battle to decide the fate of a Nation. Using pictures taken at the 940th Anniversary Re-enactment, the story of this battle is told by Dr Andrew Bamford.
